The New Electric Mercedes-Benz C-Class Launches in Hong Kong

The C-Class has always been one of Mercedes-Benz's best-selling and most popular model series – a success story defined by innovation. Following its world premiere in Seoul, South Korea, the all-new electric C-Class is now available to order in Hong Kong as the C 400 4MATIC electric, with prices starting at HK$839,000. Celebrating '140 years of innovation', Mercedes-Benz showcases its pioneering spirit and dedication to customer benefits.

Designed to go the distance, the C 400 4MATIC electric achieves a range of up to 762 kilometres (WLTP). Thanks to 800-volt technology and fast DC charging, up to 325 kilometres can be recharged in just 10 minutes – in real-world long-distance use, the electric C-Class can cover well over 1,000 kilometres with just one brief charging stop.

With a peak output of 360 kW and 800 Nm of torque, power is available instantly at any time, supported by the electric all-wheel-drive 4MATIC system. Acceleration from 0-100 km/h takes 4.0 s with a top speed of 210 km/h, while the drive remains calm, confident and refined. Optional AIRMATIC air suspension smooths out the road surface, and rear-axle steering tightens the turning circle and adds precision at speed.

With its design, the first electric C-Class saloon is a stand-alone emotional statement from every perspective: a low and flat front with strong road presence, a taut roof line and a flowing, rounded rear create a coupé-like silhouette with an athletic GT rear. Inside, the 'Welcome home.' feeling is elevated to new heights with premium quality and craftsmanship, excellent acoustic comfort and a climate system designed for instant relaxation. The purpose-built electric architecture enables generous room for passengers and luggage: a 470-litre boot, a 101-litre frunk and a towing capacity of up to 1.8 tonnes.

The new optional MBUX Hyperscreen welcomes customers with the largest Mercedes-Benz display to date: at 39.1 inches, it creates an immersive digital experience powered by MB.OS and Digital Extras. The MBUX Virtual Assistant supports more natural dialogue, while Digital Extras can be activated via the Mercedes-Benz Store or app to add functions such as navigation, charging and selected MB.DRIVE features. Standard equipment includes DISTRONIC Distance Assist with stop-and-go and MB.DRIVE PARKING ASSIST 360 with a 360-degree camera.
