(9 September 2026) The Roman jeweller BVLGARI presented the Eclettica High Jewellery and High-End Watches collection at a gala dinner in Shanghai. Following its debut in Milan this March, BVLGARI brought new creations from the collection to Shanghai — an aesthetic dialogue across disciplines inspired by the three artistic languages of sculpture, painting and architecture. The collection brings together diverse artistic expressions, a concentrated presentation of the Maison's founding philosophy of eclecticism. The Shanghai gala was held at the Expo Creative Show venue, inviting guests to experience the brilliant convergence of inspiration and art.
A NEW CHAPTER OF CREATIVE CONVERGENCE
Guests gathered for the evening included Laura Burdese, Chief Executive Officer of BVLGARI; Tiziana D'Angelo, Consul General of Italy in Shanghai; Andrew Wu, President of LVMH Greater China; Vincenzo Pujia, Executive Vice President, Global Sales and Retail of BVLGARI; Mauro di Roberto, President of BVLGARI Greater China; and Lucia Silvestri, Jewelry Creative and Gem Purchasing Director of BVLGARI. They were joined by global brand ambassador Liu Yifei, actress Carina Lau, and brand ambassadors Jolin Tsai and Wu Lei, who came together to experience the Maison's bold interpretation of craftsmanship and creativity, and its all-embracing artistic vision.
Under the night sky, the Expo Creative Show venue was articulated in layered architectural light and shadow, outlining a space where art and imagination converge. Models took to the stage in couture gowns wearing magnificent jewels. The posture of sculpture, the palette of painting and the beauty of architecture were all condensed into the details of silhouette and jewellery; the jewels lived in symbiosis with the three arts, presenting beauty in its every form. From Milan to Shanghai, this artistic journey across seas and mountains allowed guests to experience, up close, BVLGARI's eclectic creative spirit and its never-ending pursuit of beauty.
AN EVENING OF FUSED ARTISTRY
At the dinner, artists took the stage in diverse performances that brought the all-embracing creative spirit of the Eclettica collection vividly to life. The resounding rhythms of Chinese drum music, the flowing grace of the water-sleeve dance and the unrestrained tension of contemporary dance intertwined — between tradition and the contemporary, motion and stillness — to create a rich artistic atmosphere. As the performances unfolded, BVLGARI's free and open creative spirit flowed through the night, composing a romantic and enduring artistic chapter.

STARS IN BVLGARI
At the event, BVLGARI global brand ambassador Liu Yifei appeared wearing an Eclettica high jewellery necklace in jadeite, exuding effortless elegance. Intense shades of green swirled at her neck, revealing the extraordinary presence of jadeite — the "Stone of Heaven" — complemented by luminous jadeite earrings and an emerald ring, in a gorgeous movement that crosses Eastern and Western cultures.
Actress Carina Lau appeared in an Eclettica high jewellery set centred on a 34.82-carat cushion-cut emerald from Colombia. The matching earrings of the same set, together with a high jewellery ring, continued this classic cut — emeralds as the principal stones, set off by diamonds in a variety of cuts. Deep, saturated colour and consummate setting craftsmanship merged into one another, sketching a jewellery landscape of rich layering and refined depth.
BVLGARI brand ambassador Jolin Tsai wore a Serpenti high jewellery necklace, interpreting the contemporary allure of the Maison's iconic serpent design with poised confidence. The fiery intensity of rubellite, the brilliance of diamonds and the fresh hue of turquoise played off one another, paired with a high jewellery ring from the Eclettica Color Treasures collection, revealing distinctive charm within sinuous, lifelike lines.
BVLGARI brand ambassador Wu Lei appeared wearing the Eclettica Renaissance Opus high jewellery necklace, presenting with striking presence the enduring, resplendent aesthetic of the Renaissance. At the centre of the necklace sits a 170.06-carat Colombian emerald, limpid and translucent, revealing an ethereal, deep and enchanting glow. Paired with a high jewellery ring in keeping with the overall style and an Octo Roma high-end watch, he cut a singular figure amid the brilliance.
