Bentley Launches Bespoke Copernicus Limited Edition by Mulliner
By JiangMarket News

Crewe, 27 October 2026 – Bentley Motors has launched a unique three-car edition, paying tribute to Polish polymath Nicolaus Copernicus. The Nicolaus Copernicus Collection has been developed by Bentley's bespoke division, Mulliner, and is based on the sporting Continental GT S and GTC S models, with each vehicle carrying an individual celestial colour theme. The edition was developed in close collaboration with a Bentley retailer to reflect a coherent exterior and interior design and colour scheme, underlining the unique craftsmanship and infinite bespoke possibilities available through Mulliner.

Connecting all three vehicles is the 'Copernicus Diagram', an eight-piece luminary design motif consisting of the planets Mercury, Venus, Earth, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus and Neptune. The orbital pattern is reflected across the centre console and the front and rear quilting panels as well as the welcome lamps and the tonneau cover of the Grand Tourers.

The collection combines one consistent design theme around the heliocentric astronomical system, reflected in three individual masterpieces created around the celestial bodies of the sun, earth and moon. Carefully selected exterior colours, veneers and interior hides tastefully reflect the character of each star.
The 'Sun' car is a Continental GTC S in Manuka Orange, with a Gravity Grey interior secondary hide and orange main hide elements. Copper Stone veneer inlays on the dashboard and the door waistrails combine with orange stitching and carpet binding to reflect the centre point of our solar system.

Based on the coupé Continental GT S, the second model, 'Earth', comes with a bespoke Nebula Blue exterior colour as well as blue interior details: Imperial Blue functions as the secondary hide, paired with Aegean Blue as the main hide wrapping around the dashboard, the seat side bolsters and headrests. Galaxy Stone veneer in combination with the chrome specification and contrast seat piping in silver create further highlights, and a satin-painted centre console in Imperial Blue concludes the consistent colour scheme of the blue planet.

Named 'Moon', the third vehicle of the edition, again a Continental GT S Coupé, is painted in bespoke Moonstruck silver to reflect the surface colour of the earth satellite. The interior is covered in dark-tone Beluga hide, with light Ice leather highlighting the outer seat elements and headrests as well as the centre console, dashboard leather and door inlay stripes.

Richard Leopold, Regional Director EMEA of Bentley Motors, comments: 'The Nicolaus Copernicus Collection is a fine example of Bentley's close collaboration between our Mulliner division and our partners across our retailer network. Detailed understanding of our customers' preferences, an amplitude of individualisation options and handcrafted British craftsmanship have always been cornerstones of our Bentley DNA, and this new collection is another demonstration of the extraordinary bespoke capabilities within Bentley.'

Underlining Bentley's unique positioning in the luxury segment, all Copernicus Collection models combine exquisite craftsmanship with effortless sporting performance. Each of the three is equipped with Bentley's high-performance 4.0-litre twin-turbo V8 hybrid powertrain with a system output of 671 bhp, combined with the titanium sports exhaust system. The standard active chassis, 22-inch Ten Swept Spoke wheels painted in gloss black and Carbon Ceramic Brakes provide exceptional lateral dynamics and confidence-inspiring stopping power.

Each collector's edition vehicle comes with bespoke treadplates, an individual fragrance and a bespoke key box, while pocket squares and scarves inspired by the Copernicus Collection round off the exclusive edition. A special music playlist available on Spotify underlines the unique luxury experience.
